This 4 berth fixed bed caravan has just been fully serviced (including brakes and habitation report) by caravan service centre on 22/01/26, 2 brand new tyres (due to age expiry, not wear), brand new leisure battery, all gas and electric appliances tested including carbon monoxide, damp test readings all good (report included), new 240v fridge element. Comes with power lead (with a 3 pin plug adapter too), gas bottles, vacuum cleaner, water barrels, microwave etc. it has just been cleaned by a professional valeting company including upholstery and mattress deep cleaned. Checked for safety and fully ready for the upcoming season. Invoice for ?750 just paid by us (for servicing and habitation work) which goes with the reports. Very nice example. More photos soon.
