Just arrived in stock with us is this very special MGB GT with a difference! If you are looking for a proper 'wolf in sheeps clothing ' then look no further. Fitted with a Ford Zetec Black Top engine running Jenvey ITB carbs this MGB certainly performs well. Also has the added benefit of a 5 speed gearbox being fitted to make it a much more enjoyable drive. To aid the power upgrade the car has been fitted with a disc brake conversion all round, a must have as I am sure you will agree. Also fitted is a Safety Devices half bolt in roll cage.Upon turning the key the Ford 2.0 Zetec Black Top engine bursts into life and after a couple of seconds then steadies down to a smooth tick over. A blip on the throttle tells you this is going to be a fun car with lots of induction noise and a lovely exhaust burble. On the road the car performs well with precise steering and good handling thanks to adjustable Koni coilovers being fitted. The MGB rides on a set of Minilite style alloy wheels with knock on conversion and brand new tyres. Opening the door you are greeted by a lovely interior which looks to have been very recently refreshed, with the seats in Black leather with red piping and has matching door cards also. All switches are present and correct. The red paintwork presents very well with a good deep shine and lustre, there is the odd imperfection but nothing that detracts from the overall appearance. The chrome work and bright work again is in good condition with only minor pitting and tarnishing. All in all a very nice solid car that will be sold with a fresh 12 months MOT.
