Reluctantly up for sale is our 1991-J Honda CRX 1.6 VTEC in arguably the best and most sought after colour Celestial Blue. Supplied and registered new in 1991 by Torbay Honda - Paignton. The First Private owner kept the car for 6 Months and traded back to Honda. It was then bought by its 2nd Owner in March 1992 from Snowdon Honda - Devon when it had covered approx 4k Miles. A Lady owner that absolutely loved the car and cherished it for almost 3 decades..!! She had owned the car for the last 28 Years and purchased by us in 2020 due to the owners passing. Current mileage stands at just over 110k Miles which is well below average considering the cars age. Barely done 1000 Miles in the last 8 Years. The 2nd Owners kept the car in the UK until 2002 when they emigrated to South France and took the car with them. Up to that point it had a FULL HONDA SERVICE HISTORY with a record of 9 Services (Last at 51k miles) all stamped in its original Honda Service Book as well as Invoices. Whilst in France it had always been highly maintained. We have a folder Full of Invoices showing Maintenance carried out by Honda and Local garages. Some recent work includes: 16/10/2019 110673 Controle Technique, 25/10/2017 110416 Replace steering linkage bushes, rear brake discs/pads 09/06/2015 109956 Replace alternator 07/08/2013 109873 Replace timing belt/water pump etc 18.08/2009 108572 Replace brake master cylinder. A few years ago the interior was re-upholstered and still looks nice and fresh. The CRX is all standard with no Modifications. The Stereo has been replaced with an aftermarket item however the original is included in the sale. Also rear light cluster was changed for driving in France - again the original is also available.
