The Lynx concept car was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 1996, with the production version launch following a year later. Featuring a front-engine, front-wheel-drive, and three-door coupe body with four seats, they came with 15-inch alloy wheels as standard. Braking was by front disc and rear drums.
